For over 20 years we have designed and delivered infrastructure solutions that ensure this up-time. These solutions begin from an initial introduction through installation, clinical training, and on-going support for users and maintenance staff.
Our services include:
Planning/Design
Jaenchen Medical Resources works closely with your physicians, clinicians, facilities staff, and A/E consultants to develop designs/configurations which match the best equipment available with your clinical objectives, budget, and building parameters.
Project Management
We manage your project from inception to completion, providing continuity and an understanding of the nuances of your project, something that is challenging to achieve with non-local staff.
Equipment Service and Maintenance
JMR employs our own Skytron trained/certified service technicians that install your equipment and then provide preventive maintenance and service when required. We initialize all Skytron equipment and prepare required documentation to comply with OEM and FDA requirements.
Clinical User Training
Our representatives provide in-service training for physicians, clinical staff, and IT staff upon start up of new installations and on-going refresher training when requested.
Maintenance Training
JMR technicians can provide first responder service training to hospital maintenance and biomed staff to assist with urgent service requirements if needed. Additional services provided include:
